Do you ever plan to release static builds ?
If you don't , is there a way i can sponsor static builds for linux ?

What do you mean by 'sponsor'?

If you would like, you can make a build for yourself. In the age of pbuilder and COPR, static builds are not too popular. Especially since qBittorrent has only a few small dependencies. (And all of them can be built on older/newer systems, as in they have no "deep dependencies".)

If static builds are not popular - i understand

Im just saying - there are people that are still using for example rh 6/centos 6 and its not that its hard to build it just takes time to build all the necessary dependencies from source(zlib , libtorrent , boost , etc ) in order to make qbitorrent work
