qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.0
Windows 10

What is the problem

wrong speed in title bar and fluctuates from 0 to more than my max speed

What is the expected behavior

right speed

Steps to reproduce

Turn on "View > Speed in Title Bar", download something

Read this #8738, in a short title bar, status bar & speed graph show total speed = payload+overhead, while transfer list shows only payload

That doesn't explain drop to 800kb/s, then going to 11mb/s when torrent is downloading at ~5mb/s
