Jackett search plugin installs itself when I click "Check for updates" #9945

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.1.4 x64 on Windows 10 1809 (17763.167) and python 3.7.1

What is the problem

Since 4.1.4 (version may be related, or it may be a timing coincidence), whenever I click "Check for updates" on the Search Plugin window, it installs the Jackett search plugin. I've never installed this plugin myself, and even after uninstalling it, whenever I check for updates it reinstalls itself!

What is the expected behavior

Only the installed search plugins are updated

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Search tab
  2. Click on 'Search plugins' button bottom right corner
  3. Click 'Check for update' button

Extra info(if any)

If you right-click on it and uninstall, and then repeat the above steps, it comes right back!
Log file records:
1/12/2018 4:29 PM - Plugin "jackett" is outdated, updating to version 2.0

IIRC, Jackett is officially maintained plugin so it is installed by default. @ngosang?

Ah OK. I didn't think it would be installed by default given it sits in the 'Plugins for Private sites' section and requires extra components to be installed, external configuration, etc.

It's official now and maintained by me.

@AnthonyBe You can't uninstall the plugin, but you can disable it. https://github.com/qbittorrent/search-plugins/wiki/How-to-configure-Jackett-plugin

@ngosang Is there any easy way to use the jackett on Ubuntu 18.10? There is no mono 5 for Ubuntu 18.10 in their ppa.
