Automatic torrent managment mode does not work

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 6.4.3 x64
OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64
Qt: 6.4.3
Libtorrent: 2.0.9.0

What is the problem?

Even if the automatic control mode is selected, when torrents are automatically downloaded from the monitored folder, they remain in manual mode. After this, I need to manually enable automatic mode and wait until the torrent is transferred to a new location.

Steps to reproduce

1. Alt+O, Downloads;
2. Default Torrent Management Mode -> Automatic
3. Automatically add torrents from: -> Add folder
4. Put torrent in this folder

Result: torrent in manual mode...
