Include search plugins favicons in this repository

The official plugin Zooqle doesn't have favicon and looks weird in qBittorrent.

I think would be a good idea to include the favicons in this repository and make a little change in qBittorrrent code so it tries to download from here first and, if not found, the current behavior.

What do you think @Chocobo1 @sledgehammer999 @Piccirello @zeule @glassez?

@ngosang I couldn't find EZTV's favicon also because it's not accessible from my country (I proposed to remove it from the official list anyway). I think we should include these 16x16 pictures in qBt itself, and then tell the program to look after some local files rather than website links.

I agree but It's a bit complicate. The code to download the favicons is in C++, not in this repository, and the C++ developers are busy with more important thinks. They have in mind to rewrite the search engine. I hope they have time for this when the time comes.
