…e the devtools on deploy, but lets make sure that this thing cannot run without EnableProfiling turned on to make sure.

The devtools especially the profile.php file has several security issues. You cold remove it as part of your deploy to production, but lets make sure that profile.php cannot run without having EnableProfiling turned on on the database in question.
