target-ppc: add extended opcodes for dcbt/dcbtst

The latest glibc provides a memrchr routine using an extended opcode
of the 'dcbt' instruction :

This patch adds the extended opcodes for dcbt/dcbtst as no-ops just
like the 'dcbt' instruction.
