PR Description:

Description

This is a followup of #55708 (that should be read for full understanding and examples) containing all GUI modifications.

Mesh labeling settings are available through layer properties dialog:

Also available through layer styling panel:

Toggling labels on and off can be also done through the layer panel's context menu:
