According to the Firefox inspection panel the request header has the language preference set to Accept-Language: en-GB,en;q=0.5 and https://www.iplocation.net/ correctly identifies by current IP as being in The Bahamas, an English speaking country. Repeating this in Chrome Incognito and Firefox private is now giving the correct response with similar headers, but given that I have never been in a Spanish speaking region with this computer and the bad redirect appears to be new why would the site ever send a HTTP/3 301 Moved Permanently redirect to the Spanish site when all request information has always pointed to an English speaking visitor?
