Original Redmine Issue: 6613
Affected QGIS version: master
Redmine category:build/install
Assignee: Jürgen Fischer

The attached patch modifies the buildsystem to either use the bundled Qexterserialport or a system-wide library.

A find-script locates include paths and development library sym-link, much like for Qwtpolar or others. The build flag is WITH_INTERNAL_QEXTSERIALPORT.

Build works with latest Qextserialport 1.2beta2.
