ATLAS produces wrong output

Exporting Layout with Atlas produces wrong results:

• exporting with raster option (tested 300dpi) produces pdf document with the correct page size, but contents are scaled up so that only a part stay in the page (see ATLAS_rast300dpi.pdf)
• exporting with raster option off produces pdf document with the correct page size, but contents are reduced in size(see ATLAS_vector.pdf)

export*.pdf are the correct output obtained without ATLAS option.
tested on several machines with win7 64bit with 0893db7 version.
last working version dd67935.
