Once a guide has been placed on the map, the way to move it is to click in the ruler somewhere in the vicinity of the guide and then drag to a new location. This functionality is non-obvious, especially because the location of the existing guide is not indicated in the ruler. There are a couple of options for improving this feature:

!) Draw a mark in the ruler to indicate the placement of the existing guide. To move, the user clicks on the ruler marking and drags to new position.
2) Allow the user to select the guide directly on the composer page and move to new position.

Option 2 could be combined with the feature request documented in #19558 to make guides much more intuitive and easier to control.
