Freehand button for Polygons an Lines

Adding an option to choose freehand mode (like select features by freehand but for draw). This is useful if we need to draw some sketch in tablets with the stylus pen when we go to the field work.

As workaround there is the Freehand Editing plugin in QGIS 2.x and 3.x but don't support tracing or snapping. Have a bug of duplicate geometries in QGIS 2.X but is easy to fix (see Issues). Only work with planar coordinate systems. This plugin can draw by hand and set the simplification tolerance of the geometry (work in Polygons and Lines).

Practical cases of this nice to have option:
Draw irregular patterns in the field;
Digitizing old maps
Digitizing patterns in Remote Sensing.
