Original Redmine Issue: 21649
Affected QGIS version: 3.6.0
Redmine category:web_services_clients/wfs

Steps to reproduce:
Load a WFS layer with edition permissions.
Activate snapping for the layer and try to add a new feature. (In my case, Polygon). The index data appears and stops.

Notes:

  • If we go to the profile user in the cache folder, QGIS creates the PID number folder of the process qgis and inside of folder start to write a SQLite database for the cache. I don't know if this is related to the option of index data dialog. I'm testing in a new wfs layer without features with spatial index.
  • The WFS layer is from a local QGIS Server 2.18.22 project with a PostGIS connection.

This happens in 3.6.0 and 3.4.5

Without snapping works fine.

Did it worked as expected on qgis desktop 2.18?

Teste again in QGIS 3.10 and this behavior don't happen anymore. This can be close?
