Problem with VUV wms

Hi I have problem with load wms. My friend try this wms at ArcGis and there is OK.
At QGIS its work until 30.3.2020 (last time use).

Slow like hell and black images from the server:

Load is ok but how you write. Wms load just black images. Normal load map of Czech Republic with information. My friend try it at ArcGis and everything is ok. So problem will be at communication between QGIS and wms.

Unless I'm missing something there is no issue on QGIS side, I also quickly checked WMS GetCapabilities but I couldn't find any issue.

I wrote here because in ArcGis is everthing ok but in QGIS unfortunately no. That is reason why i wrote here and hoped you will help me.

@st52542 this is not a support forum, if the QGIS big tracker. For support use the users/developers mailing list, for example. Here ware trying to determine if there is any issue on QGIS side, and it apparently does not.

In fact I was able to load and display data from that WMS

@st52542 just tested again, it loads fine. I also noticed that it won't load if you ask the layer in CRS 3847, if you use one of the other available CRSs it loads ok. This seems really a server issue.

After all it seems on asking the layer in 4326 works.
