crash "-/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/wait4.c: No file or folder" #39303

Hi,

When I run in QGIS Python's console geopandas command .to_file() or try to save data by use ogr/gdal
I have error caused qgis crash "-/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/wait4.c: No file or folder"

When i execute the same code outside qgis console I haven't any problems.
I don't have wait4.c file on my hard drive.

Linux Mint 20
Python 3.8.2 (the same version in both case)
QGIS 3.10 Coruna LTR
