What is the bug or the crash?

When adding a layer based on ArcGIS REST Server using Data Source Manager the Data Source Manager window automatically closes when a layer is added and the user needs to open it and reconnect to look for other layers.
This does not happend when for instance adding data from PostgreSQL.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open Data Source Manager
  2. Choose ArcGIS REST Server
  3. Connect to a service
  4. Select one layer
  5. Push Add
