Data Source Manager title not translatable

What is the bug or the crash?

Using QGIS with French language, when you launch the Data Source Manager, the title is 'Data Source Manager'. It's not translated whereas the sentence 'Data Source Manager' is well translated in Transifex (no untranslated sentence 'Data Source Manager' in Transifex for French) . In fact, the untranslated text appears only when the Window appears: if you change the tab, a new title appears correctly translated ('Gestionnaire de source de données' in French).
It seems that the first title doesn't use translation (the sentence is not exposed to translation).
The same problem in the same Window for the first tab 'Browser'. The sub-title of that tab is always 'Browser' (and all the 'Browser' sentences are translated in Transifex)
