What is the bug or the crash?

Steps to reproduce the issue

  • download QGIS version 3.24.0 from OSGeo4W v2
  • start the program
  • the splashscreen does not have the writing in question

Versions

OSGeo4W v2 win 10 64

Supported QGIS version

  • I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

  • I tried with a new QGIS profile

Now there is the written release candidate, but QGIS is gone
