What is the bug or the crash?
It cost me hours to research and identify the warp tool to be used for resampling/rescaling an image to a lower resolution.

A simple contextual "Export/Save as" considers only nearest neibour interpolation whereas many users may need the average interpolation method.

I suggest to at least extend the "Warp (Reproject)" entry by a "resample" expression. E.g. "Warp (Reproject/resample)" or "Warp /Reproject/Resample"
I consider it a bug from a usabilty perspective but I won't get angry if the issue is turned into a feature request as it is also not a bug from a technical perspective
Steps to reproduce the issue
