Downloads excessively slow

What is the bug or the crash?

Not a bug, but trying to download the installers (.msi) is extremely slow. Telling me 14hrs+. I have not problems with any other internet related work or downloads. Please check it out.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open the website and try to download. I'm downloading from South Africa.

Versions

3.28 and previous versions available

Supported QGIS version

• I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

• I tried with a new QGIS profile

@ianengelbrecht, please try again. I've just downloaded the latest msi installers at about 1000 kB/s in about 20 minutes each.
The actual download URL were https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/download/qgis/windows/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.30.1-1.msi?EG and https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/download/qgis/windows/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.28.5-1.msi?EG
Instead, from https://download.osgeo.org/qgis/windows/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.30.1-1.msi?US or https://download.osgeo.org/qgis/windows/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.28.5-1.msi?US the download is indeed very slow.
