I think it would be a good idea to use a QgsCollapsibleGroupBox for these. Have a look at http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gis.qgis.devel/21312 for how to use them or chat to @dakcarto. |

By the way, I reorganized the composer's items base widget, which wasn't very clear.
