don't allow to change style of the embedded layers from the Layer Styling panel (fix #16339)

Description

While it is not possible to access propertiesof the embedded layer from the layer context menu, it is still possible to change its symbology using Layer Styling panel. Of course these changes does not saved, but better be consistent and not allow to change styling also from Layer Styling panel
