Android Chrome Beta has support for WebGL, however Ruphony gets stuck on:

Soundfont (2MB)
Flash Interface...

Thanks for the report. This bug has been fixed. You can now open Euphony in Android Chrome Beta. But the sound does not work (the mobile browsers currently have a poor support for audio API), and the performance is quite low.
