The bot accidentally crashed while playing a 2 hour game of Tic Tac Toe? Then if this gets implemented, you will be able to continue playing without losing everything.

should the save file be a binary file? (compact but cannot read) or a text file? (not compact but easily editable)

A text/json file would be nice for easy editing.

Bot properly saves data when running g!ttt save
