Awesome work! Please fix up your commit message though. You should write a single summary line at the start. Also, you seem to be referencing unrelated issues #97 and #13. I don't currently have time to go over all the changes in detail, but you're making a set of very important changes which I'll gladly merge. |

moved shared to a plugin called Box2d.Components. #108 Added qmltypes to make system for Qml tooling. #109 Added qrc file for common icons and removed doubles. #110 Added a example application that makes it so one can test out all the exmaples without qmlscence. #111 made all examples install to qt's example dir in prep for docs and better stucture, #112 , Set up structure and role back point for qt-ish style of libs and plugins,
