Without this, the QML engine will still try to find the plugin and when it finds it, it will fail to load it because the namespace "Box2D" has already been used.

Addressing some issues I ran into while trying out the plugin to see if it makes sense to tag the current state as request at #106.
I still have my reservations about tagging the current API with #77 still open. Would prefer to resolve that discussion first.
