Hi Shakeeb,
As it says in the paper, SRH recombination is account for through lifetimes (tau_n and tau_p), while Auger recombination is described in terms of the constants Cn and Cp which are NOT lifetimes but recombination coefficients with units m^6 s^(-1). See here: http://docs.solcore.solar/en/latest/Solvers/DeviceStructure.html. The table there also lists the units for these coefficients.

So the relevant values to set in the material definition would be something like:

GaAs = material('GaAs')
GaAs_with_recombination = GaAs(
        Na = si('3e16cm-3'), # p-type doing
        electron_minority_lifetime=3e-5, hole_minority_lifetime=2e-6, # for SRH recombination
        electron_auger_r…
