Homebrew: partial-emlx-converter

The repository contains the Homebrew formula for partial-emlx-converter.

This way, you can install the tool via Homebrew like so:

$ brew install qqilihq/partial-emlx-converter/partial-emlx-converter

See Node for Formula Authors for instructions how to create the formula. I used homebrew-npm-noob for generating the file (which installed a shitload of dependencies, d’oh!)
