Given the current US government shutdown, it seems like it would be valuable to still be able to capture/map URLs with invalid SSL certificates (many government sites have expired certs because nobody who can approve or purchase them is allowed to work, or because funds aren’t available to pay for them), but we should also include the fact that they were invalid in our captures and sitemaps.
