I've found a link like this:

It's an "outletpic.com" website. But as I see it does not read large images directly, but I don't see any captcha's here. Maybe You could check this one ? You can focus on the picture in the centre, just after clicking "Continue to image":

Same as #981 as far as I can see, but the captcha doesn't work on the page for some reason. It's possible that it caches the captcha status either as a cookie for for an IP range.
