I didn't notice any issue. In fact, I was thinking how nice QTodoTxt2 looked in general just right out of the box. I am on KDE Plasma desktop with Breeze Dark theme, and QTodoTxt2 seems to have followed the desktop theme perfectly. In fact, I wish all programs would! :)

But maybe your environment/desktop manager are different? Or maybe I'm just not seeing what you are seeing.

I suppose my main and only concern would be to insure compatibility with whatever desktop theme was chosen for KDE (or other desktop).
