If your site breaks on non latin languages after wordpress update there is a easy fix provided on q-translate-slug page on wordpress
I just noticed this problem on one of my sites it is the only problem i had so i thought it's good to share.
you just need a little editing skills notepad++ and it works perfectly

Should be obsolete. Slugs integrated in QTX since 3.12.0. See also #1156 and #1157 for cyrillic fix.
