Folder structure for using static assets #69

It would be good to have the ability to have flexible folder structures when writing collections of lectures so that static assets could be located within a single lecture folder (for example)

CLASS -> LECTURE1 -> IMG/

rather than a single unified _static folder

CLASS -> _static -> LECTURE1 -> _static
