When I run
stock_rets = pf.utils.get_symbol_rets('FB')
I get the following error:
AttributeError: module 'pandas_datareader.data' has no attribute 'get_data_google'

the versions I use are:
pyfolio: 0.8.0
pymc3: 3.9.3
and I am running these on Jupyter via Anaconda and Python 3.8.3.

i had the same problem, just create a new env with the correct dependencies and may will work.
