langchain4j/langchain4j#1028 seems to be the relevant upstream effort

As I have mentioned during the call, there is a PR that adds images to AI Services. I will check it after the release

@jmartisk @iocanel what you do you think about adding the image description capability to the DevUI?

I have that in progress (#458) but there's still the problem with uploading larger images (I figured out how to raise the limit, but even then it is very unstable and unreliable)
