Description

Today, quarkus.datasource.jdbc.telemetry=true has to be added to enable the JDBC instrumentation.

It may be convenient to have the quarkus.datasource.jdbc.telemetry property true by default.

So, the JDBC instrumentation woud be enabled just by adding the io.opentelemetry.instrumentation:opentelemetry-jdbc dependency.
