Suspension of mandate, resumption of mandate-related issues

I have a program, after pausing the task, add wait 10S, then when I resume, the task will be executed a few more times, set WithMisfireHandlingInstructionFireAndProceed also can not, this is why? I deleted the task and re-added it, so what is the point of suspend resume ? I don't understand, thank you for your guidance.
