After Upgrade the quartz from 1.0.2.3 to 3.6.0 I facing Quartz Scheduler's job fired in trigger table but Job Listener not picking up event?

I m upgrading the quartz from 1.0.2.3 to 3.6.0 and i facing this issue
Below are the quartz.config configuration

I have create a window service and where I have created quartz server and initialize a scheduler and added the job listener to the scheduler and jobs are inserted into a quartz table.


But in QRTZ_FIRED_TRIGGERS this table state is still "executing"

I m facing issue trigger State get completed but job listener not get called and not throwing any error.

can you please help me to resolve this issue I m stuck from last two days
