Setting up a proxy server to deploy #17249
-
I'm trying to setup a proxy server, to help me connect to some external APIs that doesn't want me to connect directly to them I have set it up like this: proxy.js // Load environment variables const port = process.env.PROXY_PORT; // Middleware // Proxy endpoint // Start the server quasar.config.js: module.exports = configure(function ()
// Some code build: { This all works fine in development, but when I build it and copy the files to my staging server, it doesn't work I have no idea how to debug it. How can I log anything? Where would I be able to see this log? The console.log in proxy.js is not visible anywhere. I know it starts in development, as it works just fine here ... and why doesn't the code sections work? I have added the correct tags to the code sections, but they just show up as normal text |

Looks like I will need to set up my system to only use the proxy in development, but call the external APIs directly in staging/production |
