Test out end-to-end install of Aquilon broker for RHEL7/Fedora and/or CentOS. Create either detail step guide or automated script to deploy Aquilon broker.

@urbonegi we should create pan templates and bootstrap it with quattor. we can use the same tempaltes to actually manage the aquilon broker after installation too

Sure - but before starting to create a template we need a set of steps that would make Aquilon broker deploy and run. I still fail to successfully deploy it E2E on RHEL7.4. Was trying yesterday reading the Installation guide in Quattor website - will continue further. If you have working more up to date guide for RHEL7?

Updated installation documentation should provide the basis requested by @urbonegi. Based on my experience, I am not convinced at all that providing an Aquilon package would make the life easier. The current installation process, based on using the Git repo, is very flexible, in particular when it comes to upgrades (easy to revert using branches) or to test/install modifications until they are merged upstream.

As for providing a template for bootstrapping the broker from Quattor, it may be useful mainly for sites currently running SCDB (but that means almost all current Quattor sites!). I did the effort at LAL. This is currently a site-specific template (in fact several!) but I could easily share them. I think that making them generic should not be a huge work and we could then add them to the template library, as we have done for the AII server.
