minor issue on language selection on saving a block

Hi,

QACMS v1.1 last sources.
When you save a block with content of a specific language it saves well and it works fine but when you edit that block the language is not selected and if you save it again you loose the language selection
You can see this also immediately after saving the block, you can check that it "losts" the language selection on the form
