asdf-system-connections has moved to lisp-maintainers

gwkkwg has transferred the ownership of asdf-system-connections to lisp-maintainers; see lisp-maintainers/asdf-system-connections#3 for the discussion.

So, please update the source for asdf-system-connections to the new repository: https://github.com/lisp-maintainers/asdf-system-connections
Github will continue to redirect the old address https://github.com/gwkkwg/asdf-system-connections to the new one, so this may not be strictly necessary. (See this discussion.)
