Refactor timestamp infos :

use indexes?index_id_patterns= even for single indexes
avoid using http status codes in errors not related to a http transaction (confusing)
adjust tests

Refactor DS initialization

separate network dependent init from the base constructor
check for initialization in CheckHealth
require initialization in QueryData
