Cursor jump to the end of the equation when typing #702

[Describe the issue]
After typing a character in equation, the cursor jumps to the end of the equation.

Steps for Reproduction

Visit http://beta.quilljs.com/
Place the cursor after the first 'x'.
Type '3' twice.

Expected behavior: [expected]
We should get x33²

Actual behavior: [actual]
We are getting x3² and than the cursor jump to the end of the equation and gives us = 13.

Platforms: [ex. Chrome 48 on Mac 10.11]
Chrome 50 and Firefox 46 on Windows 7.

Version: [version]
