• They overwrite path, and that breaks build

  So, I overwrite it back (see webpack.base.js)
• package-lock.json diff is huge, because of perspective-webpack-plugin update, it's the same scale big when done by renovate https://github.com/quiltdata/quilt/pull/3616/files
• v2 has a major UI redesign. perspective-webpack-plugin@v2 will be the same as for 1.9.4
