Self-explanatory; I currently have something preliminary written on my hands, but yeah, there's still a lot of work to do in order for it to be useful.

Work began with CONTRIBUTING.md and UPDATING.md!

README.md could also be extended. A table with info on each module's state would be really useful. It could tell whether the given module is ported to QSL or still uses Fabric implementations and just works with quilt loader.
