This will probably wait until lzham alpha8 is out (if lzham is still alive) since the bitstream changed.

Current plan is to use LZHAM alpha7 to create an "lzham1" codec, and when LZHAM2 comes around I'll use that to create a plugin with an "lzham2" codec. The lzham1 plugin is next on my list.

Couldn't get this working properly. Even just using lzham_decompress_memory on a file compressed using the Windows executable fails, so I think there are problems in LZHAM. Closing as WONTFIX, but if anyone else gets it working I'd be happy to include it. https://gist.github.com/nemequ/6381440 is what I had when I gave up.
