Continuing from related #1875 (it's better kept as a separate issue)

I'm attempting to rationalise / clean up / make more sensible/unique the icons used for the (many) QL plugins. This will be sticking to standard(ish) GTK+ stock icons (the new way).

Committed a lot of icon improvement / changes / tidying in 886915. These can still be changed of course, but it looks a lot better to me in normal use (actually less so in the plugin prefs, but easier to take screenshots... as below
