- Support global percentile normalization (using downsampled images) & joint channel normalization
- Support global normalisation, rather than only per-tile normalisation #20
- Support joint percentile normalization for channels #14
- Support reading bioimage.io spec
- Include template scripts
- Update build scripts to use QuPath catalog & optionally publish to scijava maven

Enable percentile normalization to be applied based upon the full image or ROI (downsample), rather than needing to be local to each tile.
Very minor fixes and (attempted) performance improvements. Fixes moderately obscure bug addressed whereby choosing a cell expansion and `ignoreCellOverlaps` could result in a nucleus being outside the main ROI and its own cell.
Allow layout to be specified
Avoids replication of code to convert transforms to ops
